His letters shown here below in its original signed and sealed Kyuk Yig (cursive script), Uchen, and its translation into English, are a strong expression of his trust in Lama Rangbar and support of this important spiritual endeavor based on the wish to benefit all beings.
In his own words His Eminence explained;
"Many people come to me asking for various types of letters and I do not oblige them. But this case is different since although the time may not ideal from an ordinary economic perspective, the time certainly demands this stupa to be built. Since I have known him well for so long, and know him to be a sincere Dharma practitioner, I have great trust in Lama Rangbar and based on this trust I am writing this letter of support."
