Shree Boudha Ghyang Guthi is the organization that has been responsible for the spiritual and practical upkeep of the Boudhanath Nepal Stupa. This organization offers regular services for the protectress of the stupa, cleans the main stupa and entire environment surrounding the stupa and operates with the support of many local volunteers. The Guthi (association) is also responsible for any and all engineering work related with the Great Stupa and relations with UNESCO for its World Heritage Site status.
