Much of our daily energy is spent upholding, defending, and feeding the story of who we think we are. We build a rigid image of ourselves and the world, and when reality doesn't match that script, conflict, tension, and confusion often arise. Many of us begin to wonder: is it possible to experience life without being trapped in the constant reactivity of control and judgment?
In this immersive retreat we will learn to observe the mechanics of our own perception, exploring how our mind manufactures its own limitations. This process leads to glimpses of spaciousness and even blissfulness, as we start to rediscover our innate purity. By recognizing this open, lucid space of awareness, we can rest in a natural freedom that does not depend on clinging to any reference point.
These themes will be highlighted:
Breaking through the illusion of solidity
Discovering the transparency of self identity
Overcoming the resistant clinging of emotions
Recognizing the dream of the spiritual path

There are also a number of good restaurants within a fifteen minute drive. If shared meals are arranged closer to the date, we will let registrants know. Spring water for drinking will be provided throughout the weekend.
Reduced tuition is available on request. We don't want cost to keep anyone from attending.
